DUI Laws – Advice

While the specific DUI laws will vary by country and by state, it’s common for them to be around 0.08% blood alcohol level which means that eight ten-thousandths of the body’s blood content is actually alcohol.  This may not sound like a lot, but it is enough to affect reaction times and judgement in the brain.  While it’s never a good idea to drive with any alcohol level, driving with a level of 0.08% BAC is considered illegal in many areas and the penalties are often quite harsh.
